Important Note on e-mail actions outage

Over the Christmas break we took the opportunity to migrate and upgrade our https://airpointer.tech support site to a new infrastructure provider. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, this resulted in a longer outage of the email server than anticipated, so you may have missed some of our usual email reports.

To keep things going, we have had to revert to our old infra provider for mail services – but this will be discontinued in the near future.

In the future we will replace our email service with an internal push notification provider, but until then you will still have access to our mail services.

What do I need to do now?

For the moment you do not need to do anything. The upcoming update 2.4.111 will automatically update your mail settings to use our new infrastructure.

If you prefer not to wait, or do not want to apply updates, you can :

  • update your mail actions to use your OWN email address and email server
  • Use a public email provider (like gmail)
  • Update the mail settings to use our new infrastructure (you need to be logged on to view this page)
