🎄 Season’s Greetings & Holiday Office Closure

As the year draws to a close, we’d like to take a moment to thank all of our customers and partners for your trust and collaboration throughout the year.

We wish you a warm and restful holiday season, and—if you celebrate it—a very Merry Christmas.

Office closure & support availability

Our offices are closed from Saturday, 20 December, and we will re-open on Monday, 5 January.
Please note that 6 January is a public holiday in Austria, so normal operations will fully resume from Tuesday, 7 January.

During this period, responses to support requests may be delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding while our team takes a short seasonal break.

Planned maintenance: support site migration

We’re using this quieter period to improve our infrastructure.

As part of this work, our support site airpointer.tech will be migrated to new infrastructure.
To accommodate this change, there will be a planned outage on Monday, 29 December.

We expect the downtime to be brief and will restore full service as quickly as possible.

Important note on email rules & actions

Following the migration, emails sent using the old infrastructure (including any existing rules or actions set up there) will cease to function by the end of January.

If you rely on automated emails or integrations tied to the current setup, please plan to update them accordingly. We’ll be happy to assist once normal operations resume.
